Student materials have been packed and labeled by our staff members. Families are invited to pick up their children’s materials during the scheduled windows of time below:
- Saturday, May 16, 10 AM – 2 PM
- Monday, May 18, 10 AM – 2 PM
- Tuesday, May 19, 10 AM – 2 PM
- Wednesday, May 20, 4 PM – 7 PM
Families should drive to school. Walk-up distribution is not available. We will follow the same pick up line as student pick up. You will enter the Longfellow parking lot, drive towards the back of the building, and pick up materials at the side door of the building (the same door students exit during dismissal for car pick up). As families approach the school during these pick-up times, please display a sign in your car window with the following information for EVERY student:
- Student first and last name
- Grade level
- Teacher
If you are picking up for multiple students, please make sure each student is listed on your sign.
For your safety and that of our staff, families CANNOT get out of their car when they arrive at school. Staff members will bring student items out to the car and place items directly in the trunk. If your child has books checked out from the school library that need to be returned, please place these items in a bag, in your trunk before leaving your home. Staff members will collect the items from your trunk.
All CCSD21 students in grades K-5 will keep their chromebooks over the summer. If you are leaving our district; however, you will need to return your chromebook to our district office at 999 W. Dundee Road in Wheeling as soon as possible after school ends on June 9.
